Emeraude Toubia

Emeraude toubia is a Canadian actress best known for her role for her role as the star of Freeform Fantasy series Shadowhunters as well as Venevision Telenovelas Cosita linda & Voltea pa' which she enamores. She is also an accomplished model and dancer. As a Montreal born native, she grew in Texas and has always been fascinated by performing. From a young age she's been studied a variety of dance styles. Her first participation in beauty contests when she was the age of 15. In 1999, she made her first on-screen appearance in Televisa's children's program El Mundo de los Ninos. Toubia gained fame when she won a spot on Nuestra Belleza Latina in 2008. In a Telemundo episode, television show Aurora In the episode, she portrayed a receptionist. Her debut film was an action-drama called Tattooed Love in 2015.
